Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I have been collecting Japanese militaria for several decades and recently I acquired three hachimaki through inheritance of which I would like to know the meaning. Can someone please translate this for me. With best regards, Carl

指揮者 = Commander
I imagine the symbols in the middle circle would yield more details.

Fleshing out some of the blanks. They look to be neighborhood civil defence items.
