I don't understand this greeting. Faruzrn is a name.

I don't think it's a greeting, per se. ご用 means "business", as in "have some business (with someone)." Does that help?

I don't exactly know how に affects the link between ファルゼン and ご用, and I may be wrong, but it looks a bit like an offer of assistance to me:

"If you (ファルゼン) have business, I can help."
or
"If you have business with ファルゼン, I can help."
(Depending on how に acts in the first clause)

たら means "if" and/or "when".

Yeah, although sometimes お願いします can serve as a sort of dummy requester, like する can be a dummy (or light) verb, so you can use it in place of the specific verb with ください. For instance, to a driver, you can say 京都駅までお願いします.

Thanks. I kind of thought that, but I wasn't sure of に's use with ご用 (not sure that I've ever used ご用 as a verb before) so I just wanted to lay out possible options. Thanks for clearing that up .
