Only thing I can think of right off is he's brand new ? Try again tomorrow and see if it works. I can't test it because it would let admin go through. Let me try under my wife's account and see if it will work from there . Give me a few minutes.

Right oset , brand new members are not allowed to do certain things to prevent spam and harassing of long time members. I think after a few days and a few posts it will open up to you. If dericiscool contacts you , then you should be able to reply (I think). You should be able to converse with anyone who contacts you now.
