Good Mid Price/Economy Tokyo Hotels ?

I've been to Japan once and can't wait to return - thing is I paid the earth for my holiday last time, and won't be able to spend as much this time

Can anyone recommend any good mid/economy hotels in Tokyo - preferably centrally as opposed to Narita etc...

I'm looking to spend about ﾂ｣50 per night (10,000 JPY - 88.00USD)
