Good Food Science Program in Japan

Hi, I am one of the receiver of this year Monbukagakusho Scholarship, and currently searching for university that have a good undergraduate Food Science program.

Can anyone give me some reference or suggestion? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

At our university we do have a school of nutrition science, although I'm not sure if it would fit quite as close to what you may want in the way of Food Science. I can ask some of the professors there what they might think.

You can click on ﾂ人ﾅ?ﾃ版停?卍康ﾅ?w窶｢窶敖 ﾂ（ningen kenkou gakubu [human health department]) on the top left side, and then click on ﾅ停?卍康窶ｰh窶農ﾅ?w窶ｰﾃ按 (kenkou eiyo gakka [nutritional health faculty]) on the left side, and it will give a little information about that faculty.

Actually ... the Nutrition in the university is a good system ..
but not good enough because you don't know what's happen in the kitchen
e.g ... the cook may be his hand is dirty ...
so best way to eat in Ur home ...
