I've seen a feature about Taiwan's garbage collectors and their English lessons on TV yesterday. Wouldn't that be an example to follow in Japan? Seriously.

The trucks that pick up used news papers circulate more often, plus they cover way more area than garbage trucks and would make more sense.

I feel sorry for the truck drivers. But then again after a year of that they'll all be proficent at a very low level. Shaolin English training .... hahaha
