Gaijin Friendly Bars in Tokyo!!

There's a chain of bars called "The Hub" that not only has menus in English, but often caters to the international sports fan. It's styled after an English pub and I watched a number of soccer matches there. I frequented the one near the Takadanobaba station on Yamanote-sen, but I believe there's ones in Shinjuku and Shibuya as well.
As far as bartenders who speak English...I rarely tested them, and rarely found any who offered to speak English outside of Roppongi.

Theres 2 in Shinjuku - go out the Higashi-deguchi and up the stairs so your staring at the Alta screen. Head right down the main road. First RIGHT after the electronics store is an Irish pub. If you keep going down the main road, take a left after Isetan and the first right down a side street there is a small Aussie pub called the Clubhouse on the third floor - 'local' beers and kanagaroo on the menu

Gaijin friendly.
I don't necessarily think we have to sick to foreign themed places. For example I know this other place in Ebisu called Mago's hmmm well come to think of it he does have a Beatles theme. But, anyway, the owner is really cool.
Incidently, after being here for for 5 years I think this list is worthwhile. There is nothing worse for your outlook on life in Japan than to get greeted with a wall of ice from racists, or a "sorry, Japanese only". Or even a polite lie can be a heartbreaker, like "we are full" when you can see the place is 75% empty.
But, it is always nice to go to a place where you feel welcome and there a quite a few of those. So, let's spend our money there.

Are you looking for nomihoudais as well? There's a building chock full of them near Shibuya's Hachiko exit. One of the more popular is called Lemon House that can be found here. On each of the floors 4-7 in the building is a different kind of nomihoudai. There are occasional coupons in books like Hot Pepper. They were always very accomadating to large groups of foreigners, as well as to smaller 2-5 person groups.

I don't recall any bars ever being unfriendly. But of course it depends on your attitude and who you are with, by yourself, with numerous foreigners, or with Japanese. the second could be a problem in a small place that doesn't normally deal with gaijin.

Well, let's say that if you are not welcome when you are by yourself, or with a group other foreigners, and if you get stopped at the door before you get a chance to demonstrate your attitude, then it would be considered unfriendly. If you need a Japanese looking person with you in order to be treated like a human then it would be considered unfriendly.
The words "beer" "bourbon" "scotch" "whisky" are essentially the same in Nihongo, so the part about being "used to dealing with gaijin" does not hold any more water that if an Aboriganee walked into an Irish pub in Austria.
It is a little hard to judge Japan from Roppongi, Hiroo, Indiana or Tenessee but I personally have been stopped at the door or refused service at numerous place over the years. And I don't demonstrate any different attitude than I do at the bars that are friendly. My co-workers have also told the truth that they have been refused also, or treated like crap. I really don't like the deniers.
Anyway, I don't want to get into a big discussion about racism in this thread. I just want try to get a good list of friendly places.

You asked for Gaijin friendly places. Most nightclubs I would think are listed somewhere how else would ppl find them. Anyway.
I went to CLub Fura "Tokyo Rave" Epic Trance Progressive House Rnb Hip Hop Lounge
