I've been looking for a good recipe for soy-sauce based spaghetti. I especially would like recipe for the spinach, bacon, soy-sauce based spaghetti served at Kura in Nakameguro. I've looked some fusion recipe sites: Roy Yamaguchi, Nobu, and Alan Wong, but can't find it. There's a frozen version made by Mama's Spaghetti but it's not quite as good. Can anyone help me?

Tuna salad sushi rolls are available at any convenience store in Japan so its not exotic fusion, but it is tasty. Add some karashi or soy sauce to give it a more exotic fusion taste.
