I just thought it is very funny to conjure up the image of those old Japanese company guys preaching about having more kids to their underlings. Because I've been never been worked for the Japanese owned companies in Japan (but, I heard a lots about it from my acquaintances), I cannot really tell what it likes working in the typical Japanese companies.

It may be a little difficult for the company owners to allow hours to be cut if recession happens in Japan...?
