Fresh Wasabi

At the weekend I tried fresh wasabi for the first time! I make sushi most weekends at home and recently found out that most wasabi paste contains little or no real wasabi, which made me want to try the real stuff. I found a company that grows it in the UK, and made a video about preparing it and trying it for the first time - hope you like it!
