Forms of "They"?

I was taught how to say 'they' when it was feminine かのじょたち (kanojotachi) and masculine かれら (karera), but how do you say 'they' when referring to something that is of a group of mixed genders or in reference to a genderless being? Although it is impolite to refer to someone with "they", the thought occurred to me when I was trying to make a sentence referring to a group of both male and female as "they" and I was not sure how to say it. Any information is appreciated! <3

When referring to a mixed group (male and female), karera is commonly used.

Incidentally, you can use あの方達[かたたち]/あの方々[かたがた] as a polite form of "they."
