Facebook 60 days change name policy?

What do you guys think of Facebook system not enabling to change personal name in 60 days?

My Facebook friends and I have noticed a lot of problems lately on Facebook. I think they all went on vacation and left an AI robot in charge. I think their business motto is "Change things every week in an effort to annoy the most members". I have been in Facebook jail so many times , all the guards there are close friends now. I have never tried it , but many members say they have several accounts under different names , so I don't know if you can try that using a different name. I have been on Facebook for almost as long as when they started. I got this notice last week about another member that I follow which was a bit of a shock. I took a picture of the notice which I'll post here.

What do you guys think of Facebook system not enabling to change personal name in 60 days?

I would prefer it be 29 1/2 days.
