Effective study

Hi guys,
I was wondering if the following is correct. I'm trying to say,"for me studying with books is effective"

私に本と勉強することのは効果がある


よろしくお願いします

With your use of 的 causing the the noun to become like an adverb i.e effect becoming effectively. can that be done with any nouns?

for example could I use 恥的 （hajiteki) to mean shamelessly?

Grammatically 恥的 would be legitimate, I think (although it wouldn't mean shamelessly), but I think as JFL learners we need to be a little cautious about creating these forms if we haven't seen them used.

的 makes it an adjective (形容動詞 / na-adjective), not an adverb, although these forms can often be used as adverbs:
攻撃 (an attack - noun)
攻撃的 (attack-like, e.g. aggressive - adjective)
攻撃的に (aggressively - adverb)

大胆 is the stem of na-adjective as same as 効果的, 攻撃的 or 劇的, therefore 大胆に performs as an adverb. The etymology of this 的 is an English suffix "-tic", as in dramatic, romantic or idiomatic.

But 大胆に would work for "shamelessly", wouldn't it?

恥. Shame
恥的 shameless
恥的に shamelessly

彼は恥的な人です He is a shameless person
彼は私の食べ物を恥的に食べました He shamelessly ate my food.

恥的 is indeed used, but it's almost a coined word being used as the antonym of 知的 "intellectual". The readings are both ちてき, so it's a sort of word play. As nekojita-san advised, you should be cautious about creating these forms. Check dictionaries, then you can find 恥的 is not there. (As for your example sentences, they don't make much sense, I'm afraid.)
