Dual-language Twitter accounts or other social media?

I'm researching JA-EN machine translation and I'm looking for dual-language data from Twitter or possibly from some other form of social media. Ideally it would be an account or accounts with direct, parallel translations dealing with culture/history/society. My impression was that there'd be something like this for language study, but so far I'm striking out on finding anything really useful because for the most part the cross-language posts don't match.

Any recommendations? Also, sorry if this is posted in the wrong place - I figured Japanese study would be the most likely to have this sort of information. Thanks!
