I saw this sentence in my electronic dictionary (bought from japan)
進歩したとたはいえ彼女はまだまだ物足りない。
it says it means "For all the progress she had made. she still leaves many things to be desired"
the thing I don't understand is the "とたはいえ"
this is the first time i have seen it
can someone explain this to me?
