Does Monbukagakusho allow to apply to private universities?

Hi everyone,

I want to make it clear. Does Monbukagakusho scholarship for Undergraduate allow to apply to private universities? Some people say it does, some that it doesn`t. Embassy said I can risk it... ???

its you again asking questions you can easily find answers to by contact the undergrad school of interest or searching their websites...again DONT BE LAZY...go search the websites

i have seen a number of graduate private schools that allow prospects to apply and also provide procedures on how to go about it and i found this out by looking at school websites and getting in touch with admissions and i suggest you do the same

are you saying I am lazy? I am desperate to find answers, thats why I came here. universities say to contact embassy where I applied, coordinators from Japan will come to embassy only in April so embassy doesn`t know till then. if you are so smart, could you please tell me how to contact MEXT directly?
