LOL.. yeah, there's one building (Ark Mori) where I used to work that had the signs out there. People would respect that one, but on the corner where there was...well... nothing... there were more signs, next to a row of bicycles and scooters.
You've got to admit that even if that rule was strictly enforced it's a small payoff. You can do just about anything on a bicycle and not get in trouble. Streets, sidewalks, red lights.. the works!
