How would I say, " do you still have..."

For example, "do you still have skype (chat) installed on your computer?"

My guess would be "パソコンでスカイプのアプリまだありますか？"

I doubt if the last part is right though...

まだ works perfectly fine in the example sentence, but the most appropriate translation would change depending on the context.
