Do you have a SoftBank email?

I have a humble request if anyone can do me a favor, I'll be very appreciative.

I'm from the USA and I tried to register ( i.softbank.jp / softbank.ne.jp) emails but I really can't. I think I need to be a citizen or something not really sure. So I'm wondering if anyone can help me to get one ( I can pay for the time and your effort).

We have had such requests before. You need to be a Softbank customer to get one of their email accounts. Why do you need a Softbank account?
