Dealing with Maps

Can anyone recommend a guide with clear english and japanese place names and how to pronounce? I had a great one last time I was in Japan but I have since lost it.

I have some for Hakuba, a small town here in Nagano Prefecture which hosted much of the '98 Winter Olympics. If you'd like one, I can mail it to you by snail mail--just PM me with a street address. For other places, I guess someone in those areas would have to answer. I can only do so for Nagano Prefecture. (can also get one on some other areas of Nagano, though not so detailed)

I have the "Shobunsha" Road Atlas of Japan, which might be, what you are after. I am sure, you can find a vendor, if you google for it. It includes the whole of Japan in 1:250.000 plus a bunch of city maps.
