数日(すうじつ)=A few to several days. Adding 間 to the end (数日間) means a period of a few days.

数日 a bit formal sounding though. In general conversation it's more common to hear something like 2(に),3(さん)日(にち), like 2,3日後(ご)= "A few days later"

What is the full sentence this is fitting into ?

3日間=3 days
