Click to expand... 数日（すうじつ）＝A few to several days. Adding 間 to the end (数日間） means a period of a few days. 数日 a bit formal sounding though. In general conversation it's more common to hear something like ２（に），３（さん）日（にち）, like ２，３日後（ご）= "A few days later" What is the full sentence this is fitting into ? ３日間＝3 days
