Courses at Specialized Training College

Hi Everybody! I wanna know if someone have a website which link to all of the specialized colleges approved by MEXT for my search for one course that i like.

Actually, i intend to choose other fields or other subjects in Culture and General Education and try something like "animation" or "games", but i don't know if the specialized colleges in japan have any of those two courses . But I also wanted to know how is the course curriculum of some other courses, like the subject "Art".
