Cost of living question.

It is a question that is not so simple.
60 Euros per day: this calculation is just for working days? Or is it for every day?
In other words, is your annual income 60 x 365 (days in a year) = 21,900 Euros, or more like 60 x 230 (working days in a year) = 13,800 Euros.
If it is the former, and your annual income is c. 21,900 Euros, with your accommodation included, you should be able to live a decent-ish life in rural Japan. (Decent being a very relative term here - assume your basic needs are taken care of, you can afford local transport and telephone/internet, and you may be able to save a little each month)
If it is the latter, and your annual income is c. 13,800 Euros, you can survive in Japan, but it will be a lifestyle with some deprivations.

Also, I forgot to take into account taxes, pension, national health insurance, unemployment insurance. These will reduce your take-home pay. Even after all of these deductions, you should still be able to live on 21,900 Euros (just under 3,000,000 yen) if your housing is taken care of.

You need to define what you mean by decent. In the middle east most expat workers start complaining when they don't have a pool in their villa and that cannot buy the latest SUV. At the university I work at accommodation allowances have been cut. Some professors have had to move from 5 bedroom, to 3 bedroom villas and some do not have a pool. They now consider themselves poor and are very miserable.
In Japan I would say a decent lifestyle would encompass having a car (not a K car as they are very dangerous)(the reason I think having a car is important is because Japan gets very cold and very hot it also rains a great deal and sometimes without warning, if a typhoon hits and you don't have a car you can be stuck in the house for 24hrs, if it rains you will try to call a taxi but it is very difficult to get one, when you come home from work and it is raining you may need to queue for 30 minutues to get a taxi) being able to eat safe healthy good quality food, go out at the weekends for entertainment, partake in a sport, furnish your safe, well built accommodation with quality aesthetic and comfortable furniture and be able to travel a few times a year. You would need to make 300.000 plus housing, be single and not want to save for this to be possible. If you don't have money in a rural area and are not an otaku who can occupy themselves with the internet in their free time, you will be miserable, trust me I have seen it happen.

I've already asked operagust to define "decent". I don't see the point in providing your own POV on that, ishibai. I hope you aren't trying to steer the conversation away from what operagust wants to learn by doing that.

I also disagree here, mainly because I don't think this enters into the word "decent", but rather mere common sense.

Again, disagree, assuming "go out" means go bar hopping.
partake in a sport,
I hate most, so here again I have a contrary opinion yet still lead a decent life in my own definition.
furnish your safe, well built accommodation with quality aesthetic and comfortable furniture
Loaded point which I'll ignore for a couple of reasons, one being "common sense" enters here again.
and be able to travel a few times a year.
Depends where, domestically or abroad, and how long, and that is an individual choice.
You would need to make 300.000 plus housing, be single and not want to save for this to be possible.
"not want to save" (?) begs the question of anyone's idea of a decent living. Besides, depending on whether one lives in a large, medium, or small city, 300K just barely gets one by, especially with a car.
