Well, that's just stupid to arrest someone for dressing in Cosplay. Then again it's just plan silly to walk around in public (outside a convention) in full costume.

meh, wouldn't be any worse than "Hitman-X" "Bounty Hunter" or "GHOSTFACE KILLAH" anyway.. atleast ninja turtles don't kill.. they destroy robots and they hurt people.. but they never kill them...

You can, by law, be arrested in this state (South Australia) if your seen out on the streets at night in all black (inc gloves, face covering) as a potential burgular. That alone can do it
