Coolest Gaijin in Japan

Heh.. Too late.. I already claimed the spot.. It's reserved for the King.. Heh.
You can stay in Canada and continue to suck up life all around you while I go to Fukuoka with my neon pink and turquoise trousiers! I'll sell the story to good old Rumiko Takahashi and make billions via royalties!

yeah true, thats fair enough. i can see how it would be difficult in that situation. if it was something he wanted to do he would learn japanese, but i guess its just not a priority for him.
i just think its a bit of a waste to be in a foreign country and not make the effort to learn the lingo...

I would have to say that Chad Rowan(Akebono) is the most famous gaijin in Japan. At least the most recognizable! Even now that he retired he is still on the TV quite often. And by trying his hand at K-1, that just kept him in the spotlight longer...even though he sucks at fighting! :?

Wow, I never knew his name was Chad Rowan... makes sense considering hes from Hawaii tho

...What the hell does that mean exactly? I can't figure it out.. Suck up life around me? What? If it's a poor attempt at an insult I don't get it..

i wouldn't insult the "King of Tokyo!"

I'd say the collest guy is the magician Cyril (called "Sero" in Japan). He iwas born in Los Angeles from a Japanese father and French-Moroccan mother. So he is American, but often comes to Japan and appears on Japanese TV.

Wow cool! A bragging post, lol.

I'm the coolest!

Everytime I met someone in Japan they always told me I'm cool.
Random strangers whisper "kakkoi" and "sugoi" to their friends with them when they see me.
People cross the street to get better glances at me.
I've been stalked by group of school girls, an old lady, and one drunk dude.
I got stares EVERYWHERE I went. (was nice attention at first, but got annoying after a while).
Strangers tried to befriend me all the time.
Jr. High School kid told me "Jaa ne" in a museum when I went out for a smoke.
Jr. High School girls waved to me when I passed by there school and giggled when I waved back. (My fiancee was with me and says it's because I'm cool)
My fiancee tells me I'm cool every so often, and worries that when I meet her friends they will try to ask me out even if shes sitting there with me.
She constantly fears that girls will ask me out.
Her brothers think I'm cool yet I've never had a conversation with them.
The hype her brothers give me about being cool has made her parents very anxious to meet me.

P.S. This is not BS and it all happened within 1 month in Japan. It's my cool adventure ^_^

dude,,, err,,, you're cool.

now that's 21, why can't i get into the idols
