contents of certificate of Eligibility

does anyone know the contents of a certificate of Eligibility? if it is different for each country then could someone point me in the right direction for canadians. i was reading about it on canada's japanese consulates website. i just need to know because i need to apply for a working visa soon, im going to switch my working holiday to a full work visa. i hope all goes well....

(please no responses about the procedure of a working visa, i just need to know about the contents of a coe, thanks)

What do you mean by contents? Like what information is presented in it? Or who to get in touch with to help you? or what? I just got my CoE a couple weeks ago, but it was all done for me by my employer and I'm in the States, so I don't know any difference between Canada and the US as far as CoE requirements go, but it seems to me to be a requirement of Japan so I don't know if it is different for other nations.
