Hello! I am seeking help to find a confectionary school in Japan. I heard that Valrhona once had a school in Japan, but I can not locate it at this point. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

As in the name "L' ECOLE", it's a school both for professional patissiers/chocolatiers and amateurs.
