I was on holiday in Japan last week, and did look online at some car exporters. Be Forward had a couple of cars that I was interested in that were listed as being in Osaka (where I was), so I emailed them to ask if i could see the cars prior to purchase. They responded saying that it was not possible to view cars "live"... I then replied that i would be in Tokyo the next day, and could i visit their office and view the cars on a screen (rather than a phone), see the documents they held (auction grade report etc) and negotiate price and do a deal in person. They rudely replied saying they would not accept customer visits at their office. This does not appear to be a legitimate company, they just seem to want your money. I terminated discussion, and have subsequently bought a car from another company whose customer service so far appears to be excellent.

There was a lot of info on Google about them. They seem to have a major problem with shipping where it takes forever or the shipper won't ship the car due to some issue they have with it. The other problem seem to be when it arrives in a country , the rules won't allow the car in. Looks like after they get your money , there's no guarantee you will receive a vehicle and they will say it's not their fault and keep your payment.
