Chiba teachers with temporary licenses

I am seeking to contact foreign teachers who are/have taught in schools in Chiba prefecture where they were required to obtain a temporary Japanese teaching license. In particular those who have renewed said license for more than 6 years.

Go to the ESL Cafe, Japan section of employment. Practically everyone there is a teacher. Almost nobody is here.
