I have just bought and watched Chakushin Ari 2. It is the sequel to the Takashi Miike film, but this one is not directed by him. I didn't find it as creepy as the first one and the plot seemed to be a bit mixed and convoluted, as if trying to crowbar the story of the original into a different type of storyline. It isn't that bad a film, but if you liked the first one you might feel a little let down with the sequel. Just a note, I got mine from ebay, incase anyone is interested in getting the movie.
(Yeah, the ringtone remains the same, before you ask)

I want to see that film too. I know it has come out on dvd, however, I think I will wait a bit longer before I purchase it since I want to read more reviews - or even better: wait till it can be rented out here in Denmark. 😊

i didnt think the first one was creepy
but then i seen juon and ring before
when i see a cliche i am like oh well whats next akashiya sanma popping out a manhole cover or something?

I also bought the film some weeks ago
and i like it xD
I also didn't find it as creepy as the one
And I like the story of it too
although the mixing up confused me a little bit xD
But i think it's a good film ^^ (but ju-on and the ring are better *lol*)
