Certified Notarized Translator needed...

I need some documents translated by a professional translator into English. The documents need to be certified (notarized). How do you say that in Japanese, and how do I know they are genuine and that Canadian immigration will accept their translation. Supposedly there's a seal or some sort, can anyone fill me in on details?

Notarized translation is 公証翻訳 (koushou hon'yaku) in Japanese.
Google search with 公証 翻訳 カナダ might be of some help.
