Hello,
I have been in Japan for a year on the WHV and am trying to change to a working visa. I am not even sure if this is possible but am trying to get the C of E.
I asked my company about it and they said they would sponsor me, but they also said 'oh we will just give you information about how much money you earn etc...' and I asked 'what about the certificate?' and they didn't seem to think they had to apply for it. Can I apply for it with information they give me or not?
On the embassy website it says your company must apply for it. Yet I can download the application form from the website.
So frustrating...any help?
