Damn! She actually looks familiar! I could be wrong, but I think that's Jan Kurotaki. She does a monthly column on the intracacies of costume design and cosplay in Animerica and displays some really cool looking outfits which I all but slobber over! It's my favorite section of the mag bar none! Definitely a hot babe!
