I typed the romaji into jim breens and it had an entry for "correct" for "kitsu"

I found out what you meant by "kitsu."

Yes, there is a kanji read "kitsu" that has a root meaning of being "correct in the sense of being tightly fixed in place." However, this kanji is not used on an everyday basis but more in speech and writing of academic nature. I bet it won't show up even in JLPT Level 1...

So you need for forget about it for the moment and choose the more common words meaning "correct."

'neru koto shika suki ja nai.' is ok, but if you wanted to say I enjoy nothing more than sleep, you'd probably say:

寝るほど楽しい事はない。(neru hodo tanosii koto wa nai).
