クレジットカードで払ってもいいですか？
Can I pay with a Credit Card? / Is a Credit Card ok?
I understand everything in this sentence but も。
クレジットカードで 払って も いいですか？
CREDIT CARD de conjugated はらう も＝？ is it good/ok?
I've just started using sentences in my flashcards and I am trying to understand every little thing in the sentence. If anyone has any insight please let me know.

～てもいい is a fixed expression for permission. も doesn't have to be there, but usually is. I believe the implication is normally してもしなくてもいい, but that seems a bit strange in this case. It could just be that it had more of that sense before, but it's just been used in that form so often that the effect も has has lessened. Or there could be some other explanation, but either way, ～てもいい is used all the time for expressing permission.

[カードで払ってもいいですか？] is fine, but when you need something slightly easier and more polished クレジットカードは/が使えますか is better I think.

I had no idea ～てもいい was a fixed expression.

I was just coping sentences out of Genki 1 to learn, and I was like... Idk why they used mo, lol.

@Elizabeth can you tell me what the kanji reading is that you put in?

And if someone feels up to it.

私はえを見るのは好きです。

Does え also mean しゃしん？ Or is it like paintings. I just found this in another sentence review I was doing and the translation was ' I like looking at pictures' and I was like... I'm guessing this is another word for しゃしん or just a more specific type of photo?

絵[え] ususally refers to paintings, drawings, or like that. 写真[しゃしん] is used only for photos.
