can I get a BSN in Japan?

I am looking to earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in Japan, but I wanted to know what schools offer that major. I looked at ICU (international christian university) and Temple university in Tokyo, but those schools don't seem to offer that. I know that I won't be able to work as a nurse in Japan at this time, but I just want to earn my degree there.
any other suggestions?
