I think it's a Japanese song as it came from an old Japanese swf file from years ago which looped over and over.

I've been trying to find this for weeks now as the site it was originally hosted on (drewpickles.com) was shut down.

If anyone can please tell me the artist, song, or even who it sounds like as I need to know this haha my life depends on it
