can anybody help me with the translation??

good afternoon to my Japanese teachers n all my friends.
My name if Farah.I am 22 years old.I was born in Kedah.I have 2 brothers n 2 sisters.My mother is an accountant while my father is a principal in
technical school.I started to learn Japanese when i was 13
years old in boarding school.My first Japanese teacher is
Yuka Uematsu.She is from japan.She is good in Malay Language.
She is such a cute n polite teacher.All of us love her very much.
In 2000,she went back to japan.We were very sad.Then we'd got
a new teacher name ang chooi kean.She is an interesting sensei.
whenever we went pass her,she will always stop by an talk to us
in japanese.i was afraid when i see her.so i try to avoid her
when ever i see her.that is y now,i need to sit the basic class
of japanese language.lastly, b4 i end i would like to say that
japanese is an interesting language.

*hope there's somebody would want to translate it..i need to attend a 2 minute presentation for japanese class..onegai

But isn't this your task if i may ask? Not that i could translate that, but still.

If you're studying Japanese, what good does it do you to have someone else do your homework?

the rest is upon to you, if you are having japanese class are you not supposed to learn to speak and write? i'm learning now also to improve some words and to write better japanese (hiragana+katakana) but i'll never ask to translate my homework only some letters or some phrases.

I'm sure the OP has already figured out how to write their own name, but Farah should be ファラ or ファーラ.

Interesting. You reposted another's poster's corrected version of your earlier advice, the only difference being you added another mistake. What was accomplished there?


Farah--You have been studying Japanese for 9 years, say you are interested in the language, yet are unable to say the above? What have you been doing all that time? Here's a shortened translation (sorry, my Japanese isnt great, there will be lots of errors)

皆さん今日は。最初は長い言い訳を発表したかったけど、気が変わってきました。実は、今までの私はあまり努力しなかったので、九年間日本語を勉強しているくせに初級のクラスに入らなくてはいけません。しかもウエブサイトで他人に私のスピーチを書いてもらおうとしたのに、断っちゃったんです。それでこれから一人で文章を書いたり努力で上達すると決心しました。これから精一杯勉強してみます。よろしくお願いします。
