buying jeans from rakutan

hi,
i live in the uk and i would like to buy some jeans from the rakutan website but i can't negotiate my way round the website because i can't read japanese. does anyone have any experience of this, or advice on how i can do it. i did email rakutan last week but didn't receive a response.

There are deputy bidders who will do this for you....for a hefty fee. Even if you can speak Japanese, very few will ship abroad. Japan is still very closed in a lot of ways.
