one of the early vk bands
but visual music wasn't new ofcourse
there where some japanese Glam Rock bands in the 70's
like Vodka Collins(with allan merril who wrote I Love Rock & Roll and other classics and the only person to be in a group sounds band and a garage rock band) and Sadistic Mika Band(both bands are worth checking)
and its rumored that david bowie's ziggy stardust album is based on Vodka Collins
but ontopic again
personally i like their 80's (New Wave) stuff the most(im currently writing this while listening to Hurry Up Mode)
but their last one ain't bad
some info from JAIME:
Buck-Tick played New wave in their early years, but in the middle of their career they changed their style a little. They start to play a kind of electronic-rock, although keeping true to the "spirit" of the band.
They also brought a lot to the Visual Kei movement by always looking for more originality in their music, stage performance and looks: every concert or tour is different from one other!
