Attn: Those who buy cd's from online sources

We all know bootlegs are rampant for jrock in the states. Well it has just come to my attention that 'Jpophouse.com' not only sells the norm of bootlegs, but they sell them at higher prices than actual legit cd's from other places.

Also, has anyone noticed some of the posters they offer at conventions? They are exact reprints of pictures taken by photographers....but the thing is they were reprinted illegally, without consent of photographer, thereby completely disregarding not only international piracy laws, but also plagerism laws...

Just an FYI for you buyers out there.

99,9 % reliability for both (nobody is perfect).
They certainly don't sell any bootlegs.

Both of those places are quite reliable. I've dealt with them both frequently and have encountered no problems.

CD Japan does not deal in bootlegs at all, and this holds true for YesAsia as well for the most part. I'm certain that YesAsia's CDs aren't bootlegs, but I haven't dealt with them too much for movies and such... so I can't vouch for them there.

If you're looking for J-Pop, CD Japan's been my favorite to use... reasonable prices and FAST shipping! Stuff shipping from Tokyo on a Friday usually reaches my mailbox in New York State by that following Monday... four-day turnaround is tough to beat!
