asking for room number

Hi,

I work as a waiter in a hotel restaurant and would like to ask for ppl room numbers when they ask for the bill...could I just say:

"heyabangou o kudasai" or "heyabangou ga arimasu ka?" ??

Heyabangou wo onegaishimasu. I think it pretty natural.

ok, one more thing; do you think is it the same if I remove that /wo/ when speaking? I mean:

Yes, you can knock off "wo".
Just "hayebangou, onegaishimasu" works fine.

If you cannot remember "heyabangou", you can say "ruumu nambaa (= room number)".
People do understand this word which came from English.

how are they going so answer me?

suppose it's room number: 321

Could they say: mittsu-futatsu-hitotsu

or:

san-in-iti?

I am 999% sure that no Japanese would answer like the above.

But...
san-in-iti (you mean, three, two, one, right?) or sanbyaku nijyu ichi (three hundreds twenty one) is just a personal choice.

The best professional solution should be to remember all numbers (at least the number of rooms your hotel has) in Japanese.
The 2nd best solution would be to kindly ask the customer to write the room number.

Ok, suppose the clients walks away from me (she/he has no idea a sign is required on the bill) how can I tell them something like: "please, i need a sign on the bill!"

Okyaku-sama! Sain wo onegaishimasu.
(Sir!/Madam! Your signature please!)

When you want to address a client but do not know/remember his/her name, "okyaku-sama" is a very useful word as you can use it for both male and female.

Since I have problems with the numbers for the moment, Could I also say samething like this: "koko ni kai te nkuramasu ka?"

Koko ni (heyabangou wo) okaki kudasai. is fine. They will write it down in Japanese.
