Are you a JLPT passer?

Hello everyone,

How are you? I'm new here in Japan Forum. To give you my background, I'm a Filipino IT engineer. I've been in Japan for almost 6 years and now came back to my home country for good.

I passed JLPT level 2 since 2004 and happy that it is very useful in my current job. May I know who are JLPT passers here? Please share some advice to our friends here who are willing to study Japanese language.

you passed level 2! how i wish i can reach that level. im currently teaching nihongo but my proficiency levels are level 4 and 3. i'll ba taking level 2 this year... and the 2011 exam is getting harder >_<;

I passed the level 1 test but it was before they changed the format so I do not think that I can help you much. I guess all I can say is study study study.. it is not an easy task.. on average I think only 25 percent of the 1kyu takers actually pass on a year to year basis. Good luck!

indeed... and the N3 is a bridge to N2 (old level 2) the content of N1(old level 1) is still the same. There are so many changes. I heard that 2011 JLPT has a new format. I'll update you guys about the 2011 format but I guess it's just the same with 2010 JLPT. I agree with you 1 kyuu is the most difficult level.
