I mean like in intermarriages? Not just Iranian men marrying the local Japanese women, but do Iranian females marry with Japanese guys? I heard from Indian and Pakistani friends that they only allow their men to marry Japanese girls, but if one of their girls marry Japanese guys it is strictly prohibited?
Are the Iranian community in Japan well integrated?

Well, any foreigner in Japan would be frowned upon, obviously. But since Iranians are darker and have black hair (they look more Japanese than Europeans of white origin) they fit in with the surroundings more so than a White Aryan with blond hair and blue eyes.
As for marriage, it depends. If you marry a girl/guy from a very conservative family, chances are they either will not allow or if they do, they will treat you with an attitude for the rest of your natural life. But if you take someone from a very liberal and easygoing family, you'll be treated kindly.
Even Japanese families who are rich don't allow their own children to get married with someone Japanese who is poor.

It's that Muslims should marry Muslims only. But consider Iranians are born Muslims whether they like it or not, they will be penalized by death if they want to convert from Islam.
There is something in Islam which u can temporarily marry someone. For this men can be with non-muslim women (have to be monotheist). But for marriage even men are not allowed to stay with non-muslims.
You can change to Islam just for the sake of formalities and then live your life.
I think if you marry a girl and she renounces her former citizenship, there's no need to have a marriage back in her country. Simply you're two Japanese living together.
Majority of Iranians love to marry a foreigner and live far away from their country. They don't like religious repression. I think everyone should leave Iran until no one is left!

1 - there is no temporary marriage in standard islam, only the Shiaa allows this (and Iran's Islam is Shiaa).
2 - even for permanent marriage Islam allows Muslim men to marry monotheist (Jew or Christian) women. But Muslim women can only marry Muslim men.
3 - a religion is a matter of belief not a matter of nationality. Iranians who live in Japan are free to do what they want. They are free to marry a Buddhist or an Atheist Japanese woman. The only restriction if they want that marriage to be acknowledged in Iran (for whatever reason) they should lie in their embassy saying for example that their wife is Muslim (or Christian as I did).
@Eisuke : Iranians are Aryans, the name of their country itself comes from that word. They more look like Portuguese people than east Asians. Look at their football nationalt team :
