It functions as an adverb, so get it closer to your verb.

Also, in both your examples you need to have the verb modifying the noun (練習したい問題) (聞きたい質問) {the latter is unnatural, but let that go for now}

Also notice that you're actually asking questions which should feature ある, not です.

Give it another go.

One thing to be careful of with the ~たい form, be sure you are using the stem form of the verb.

Your second sentence in your first post said 聞いたい, which is the past tense with い tacked on the end. What's the stem form of 聞く?
