Anyone good at hair ideas? {with photo}

Tis my friend Julie, she wants her hair cut for the sake of something different, but she doesn't know what to get done and neither do I.. she doesn't want it cut too short cause she's growing it long again (she had it to her hips before)

Any help would be good!
