Any good documentaries or films on the South Pacific Mandate?

I don't suppose there have been any documentaries or historical films made (in Japanese or English) about Japan's South Pacific Mandate (委任統治地域南洋諸島)? Also does anyone know if there is archival footage available on the net from the South Pacific Mandate from before the Pacific War?
