IMO, that teen's got no balls and the old guy's demented. I dislike the fact that no one around did anything to intervene or alert the driver although I do praise the fact that neither started a fight.
LOL, if this was in the US, a physical fight would've ensued so quick that the convo wouldn't have lasted two minutes, let alone six.
I doubt in Japan this would happen in similar circumstances (on a public bus, in front of so many people) due to cultural reasons and strict social codes, provided no one was drunk - it would be deemed too shameful an act to its own people by a Japanese individual to do such a thing.
