first fall- Teruki is reading the kanji separately(hatsu aki), "early fall"(shoshuu) has the same two kanji but it is read a different way. This happens again later when Miku says, "two ten day."
wis- I believe this is just an acknowledgement sound, like right or yeah.
Cafekkos- This is what An Cafe calls their fans. Literally it's "Cafe children" or "little Cafe-ers".
Right- Miku is doing aizuchi here, he is repeating sou sou sou~ This just means he was listening. I will not translate all of their sou-s and ne-s.
San- An honorific. Honorifics don't have good English counterparts so I'm leaving them in. San is the regular polite honorific that is used the most.
Oda san- The musician Oda Kazuma.
