On 05. february 2024, confirmation of eur13.000 credited on your account received from your sales agent which by the way was contacted me by phone listed on your website, (have copy), you can check on your bank statement
Cars were promised to be shipped in Febryary (mid), since than my messages and calls are being ignored
Ive sent letters to MUFG bank, Soka branch (yours) and also to Japan anti fraud via their website, and to JUMVEA......was still ignored for months
Contacted lawyer in Japan, paid him some deposit to start preparing law suite...
Some 3 months ago new agent start offering me cars, my reply was that i was already defraud by your company, and i have informed all Japanase relevant authorities, and good luck, see you on court....He "investigated " the case, and replied that i was defraudes by somebody using Afridi bank account in MUFG bank, like that is possible....so i told him, SEE YOU ON COURT again
Some 2 months ago, new agent contacting me, promising he will now "investigate", and coming back with reply that guy whu defrauded me was thrown out of the company, and he will solve my problem now....
He offered to send me 2 toyota aqua, now R grade, with 100.000km plus for 5500eur cif a piece, which i have accepted in order to get at least something for my money......
When you "investigate" my case, you can announce to all jref community why and how this happened, and why i have to accept lower quality product for higher price, if its problem your employee made (which he was, with knowledge of managment, because otherwise not possible), why you do not stand to your good name and at least reimburse me for damage you made to me
All documents available to send you, but what i have shared here with comminity , will be more than enough for you to see what im talking about, and show this community how you will solve it with me!!!

No one answers the phones or emails when you need anything.
I'm trying to contact them for 4 weeks.
They say Japan, but based in Pakistan.

A sales person contacted me and I sent him the link to the vehicle I wanted. We bargained until we agreed on a price and I sent the 30% deposit to have my vehicle shipped. Then he claimed that the vehicle I chose had already sold which up to this point two weeks later that vehicle is still listed as available on their website. I stated I wanted what I chose or a refund and my efforts to contact anyone higher up the food chain to get my matter resolved has gotten no response. This salesman apparently bid down to get my deposit with no intention of sending me the vehicle I chose because the price we agreed to would be a loss for the company. He just planned to take my money and then convince me to choose something else by saying the vehicle is sold. How do I get this matter resolved. Is there any authorities in Japan that could investigate this company?
